After the events of the Crestfall quest, this barbarian has taken control of the Stronghold Ruins. This monster is considered a boss, where it is recommended to have more than 1 player to take it on.
When he spawns in the map, there will also be 4 Vengeful Spirit that spawn in the left and right sections of the ruins. For each spirit killed the barbarian's stats will decrease, so it is a recommended strategy to kill them before taking on the barbarian.
If all 4 Vengeful Spirits are not killed, he will occasionally pause and use a medium AoE attack that will do potentially fatal damage.
